You must return the products to the Vendor at Guido Gobino Srl, Via Cagliari 15\/B 10153 Turin. The Seller must receive them within fourteen (14) business days starting from when you received the products.<\/p>&#13;\n<p>Shipping costs for original delivery of purchased products will not be refunded. Return shipping, on the other hand, is free if you decide to use our courier service. Otherwise, the Seller may retain the products in addition to the amounts already paid for their purchase.<\/p>&#13;\n<p><strong>TIMING AND METHOD OF REIMBURSEMENT<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n<p>After the return of the products, the Seller shall make the necessary inquiries regarding the conformity of the products with the conditions and terms stated in paragraph 7.
