With a view to Expo 2015, as evidence of his attention to the great cultural initiatives promoted by the Municipality of Milan, Guido Gobino has chosen to sponsor the exhibition “Food | Science from seed to plate”, produced by the City of Milan-Culture, Codice. Ideas for Culture, 24 ORE Cultura – Gruppo 24 ORE and edited by Dario Bressanini with the scientific coordination of Beatrice Mautino.
The attention to food and its composition, as well as the promotion of biodiversity, elements that have always guided Guido Gobino’s scientific research, found in the exhibition Food the right context to be promoted, among many initiatives will delve into the central theme of Expo “Feeding the Planet, energy for Life” in 2015. The process of manufacturing and processing of cocoa is section in which was concentrated the most the attention of Guido Gobino in the “Food” exhibition.
“FOOD | Science from seed to plate” set in the halls of the Natural History Museum of Milan and presented from November 28th until June 28th, is a great show for everyone, from scientific perspective that explores the world of food with extreme seriousness, but also with a strong recreational and gastronomic part able to fascinate visitors of all ages.
