Bevanda calda in tazza con Preparato Naturale Solubile al Cacao di Guido Gobino

Ingredients (1-2 persons): from 25 g to 40 g of preparato solubile Guido Gobino, 100 ml (100 g) milk (preferably whole).

Preparation: 35-40 g of soluble preparation for 100 ml (100 g) of milk. In a nonstick saucepan pour the mixture with a soluble portion of milk and mix well so that no lumps are formed. Pour the remaining milk, put on the fire to low heat stirring constantly until the mixture begins to change color and consistency. Do not reach boiling point. Remove from heat and serve in cups.

Preparation with steam dispenser: 25-30 g of soluble preparation for 100 ml (100 g) of milk. Mix compound soluble Guido Gobino and milk together in a pot and bring under the jet of steam. When it changes color and temperature is reached and the desired consistency, remove the jet and serve in cups. The dosage in this preparation can be changed at will depending on the desired compactness. It is recommended not to add sugar and serve with a sprinkling of chopped nougat or whipped cream.
