Guido Gobino has been chosen by Teatro La Scala as a partner for the third year in a row for both the Gala Dinner and the whole 2013-2014 Season. During the official start of the season that will take place in dicember the 7th with “La Traviata” by Verdi, Guido Gobino realized an exclusive collection called “La Prima”, dedicated to the Italian composer famous plays.
Three are the different specialties suggested, made with an aromatic ganaches filling and covered with dark chocolate, that are especially dedicated to the different nuances of Verdi’s main characters. These are the specialties names: Pralina alla Violetta dedicated to the main character of la Traviata, Pan di Spezie e Cioccolato Nero dedicated to Otello and Venezia and the Cremino al Sale, ingredient that represents Falstaff’s smartness.
The collection called “La Prima” represents the beginning of a chocolate collection dedicated to world of music and composers that every year will be newed with new recipes.
