Two prized origins of cocoa, Ecuador and Guatemala, both processed in equal proportions, highlight the aromatic nuances of each.
Alongside the dark chocolates, there is a 35% Milk Chocolate and Guido Gobino’s interpretation of White Chocolate enriched with authentic fruit. The collection is completed by a version of White Chocolate with Caramel and crunchy Piedmont hazelnut pieces.
