RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For all orders placed from the European Union, Directive 2011/83 establishes a right of withdrawal in favor of the consumer within 14 days of delivery of the goods.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) working days, from the day of receipt of the products purchased on www.guidogobino.biz, by giving notice to the Seller.

To withdraw from the contract, you will have to contact us at shop@guidogobino.it specifying the products purchased, the relevant order number, your identification data and bank details (account holder and C/C number, ABI, CAB, CIN) for the return of the amount paid for the purchase of the products. You must return the products to the Vendor at Guido Gobino Srl, Via Cagliari 15/B 10153 Turin. The Seller must receive them within fourteen (14) business days starting from when you received the products.

Shipping costs for original delivery of purchased products will not be refunded. Return shipping, on the other hand, is free if you decide to use our courier service. In case you decide to use a different courier instead, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

However, the right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions in addition to the conditions specified in the preceding paragraphs:

•              Il diritto di recesso si applica soltanto ai beni integri al momento della restituzione;
•              I prodotti non devono essere stati utilizzati modificati o danneggiati;
•              I prodotti devono essere restituiti in un’unica spedizione al Venditore;
•              I prodotti devono essere restituiti nella loro confezione originale;
•              Il Venditore deve ricevere i prodotti resi entro quattordici (14) giorni lavorativi decorrenti dalla data di consegna dell’ordine.

After our warehouse has received the return, it will verify that all conditions are in place to accept it.

In the event that the withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the above conditions, the Seller will refund the customer the full amount collected for the purchase of products, within 30 days.

If the terms and conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal are not met, you will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to the Seller; however, you may re-obtain, at your expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the Seller. Otherwise, the Seller may retain the products in addition to the amounts already paid for their purchase.

TIMING AND METHOD OF REIMBURSEMENT

After the return of the products, the Seller shall make the necessary inquiries regarding the conformity of the products with the conditions and terms stated in paragraph 7. In case the verifications are successfully concluded, the Seller will send you, via e-mail, the relevant confirmation of acceptance of the returned products.
